Description

The Nocpix NITE D70R is a digital day and night vision riflescope for shooters who want proper reach, a familiar scope layout and a built-in rangefinder in one unit. Its 70mm F2.0 objective, 4K 12MP sensor and 5x to 40x zoom make it well suited to foxing, deer management and longer-range pest control where target detail matters.

4K imaging and long-range detail

The D70R uses a 3536 x 3536, 12MP sensor with a 60Hz refresh rate, so the image stays clean and steady when you are scanning, tracking or settling in for a shot. The 70mm F2.0 lens gives it the magnification and light-gathering to hold detail at distance, which is where this model really earns its place.

The round 1920 x 1200 AMOLED display keeps the sight picture natural and easy to read. Eye relief is 48mm, exit pupil is 10mm, and the field of view is 5.8 x 5.8 degrees, or 10 x 10 metres at 100m.

Integrated LRF and ballistic support

A built-in laser rangefinder gives distance readings out to 1200 metres. The onboard ballistic calculator works with that ranging data to give a more precise aiming reference when you are shooting at varied distances.

Zeroing is set in 0.3 MOA clicks, which gives fine enough adjustment for careful setup. The scope also supports photo and video recording, built-in audio, Wi-Fi and app connection, with 64GB of internal storage for saved footage.

Night vision scope setup and fitment

This model is built in a 30mm tube format, so fitment works like a conventional riflescope rather than a rail-only digital sight. In practical terms, you are matching it to suitable 30mm scope rings or mounts on your rifle.

Because mount height and barrel clearance can vary from one rifle to another, check your ring height and available clearance before ordering. The large 70mm objective means setup needs the same common-sense measurement checks you would make with any larger front bell scope.

Power and field use

The D70R runs on a built-in battery plus a replaceable 18650 battery, with up to 7 hours of stated runtime. It is rated IP67 and supports 850nm or 940nm IR illumination for use in full darkness, with night observation out to around 200 metres when paired with a suitable IR illuminator.

Who it suits

This is the NITE model for shooters who want more optical reach from the outset. The 5x base magnification, 70mm front end and integrated LRF make it a strong choice for rifles set up around longer shots, open ground and deliberate shooting where ranging and image detail are more important than keeping the scope as compact as possible.

If you are browsing more from Nocpix or the wider Night Vision range, this sits firmly in the long-range digital scope camp. You might also want to look at the HIKMICRO A50PL Alpex Pro Day and Night Vision Rifle Scope with LRF or the Pard Night Stalker Mini 35 mm if you are building out the rest of your night shooting kit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Nocpix NITE D70R mount like a normal riflescope?

Yes. It uses a 30mm tube format, so it is set up with suitable 30mm scope rings or mounts rather than a dedicated one-piece digital mount system. Check ring height and front objective clearance on your rifle before ordering.

Does the D70R have a built-in rangefinder?

Yes. It has an integrated laser rangefinder with a maximum range of 1200 metres, and it also includes ballistic calculation for hold reference.

What magnification does the NITE D70R offer?

It runs from 5x to 40x with continuous zoom. That gives it a strong starting point for longer-range shooting and observation.

Can it be used in full darkness?

Yes. It supports 850nm and 940nm IR illumination for use at night, and with a suitable IR illuminator it offers night observation out to around 200 metres.

What power system does it use?

It uses a built-in battery together with a replaceable 18650 battery. Stated runtime is up to 7 hours, and spare 18650s are a sensible addition for longer sessions.
